The War of Coins interface is not accessible to individuals or entities who reside, hold citizenship, or have a registered office in the United States of America (collectively, “US persons”). Moreover, no services from War of Coins are provided to individuals or entities who reside, hold citizenship, or have a registered office in any restricted territory (as defined in section 2, and any such individual or entity from a restricted territory is referred to as a "restricted person"). We do not grant exemptions; therefore, if you are a US person and/or a restricted person, do not attempt to use the War of Coins interface and services. The use of a virtual private network ("VPN") to bypass the restrictions set forth herein is prohibited.
These terms and conditions, together with any referenced documents and additional terms, which includes any other terms and conditions or other agreement that War of Coins and its affiliates (“War of Coins,” “we,” “us” and “our”) posts publicly or publicly posts or makes available to you or the legal entity you represent (“you” or “your”) (collectively, these “Terms”), create a legal agreement between War of Coins and you regarding your access to and use of:
- War of Coins’s websites, including warofcoins.io and warofcoins.com (and their respective subdomains); web and mobile applications, and any associated websites linked by War of Coins (together with all available materials and services, and any future website(s) or application(s) thereto, the “Site”);
- all the features and products accessible through the Site, which includes the options engine, automated market maker (AMM), pricing oracle, smart contracts, decentralized applications, application programming interfaces (APIs), and any other software designed by War of Coins or a third party for the purpose of trading blockchain-based assets (collectively, “Digital Assets”); and
- non-fungible tokens (“NFTs”) that are made available in connection with the Site, or as part of registering for or attending events that are sponsored or hosted by War of Coins.
Please read these Terms thoroughly, as these Terms govern your use of the Services. These Terms expressly cover your rights and obligations, and our disclaimers and limitations of legal liability, relating to your use of, and access to, the Services. By acknowledging these Terms by other means, or by accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge and agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Services.
